Saville has been a supplier of audio visual technology to BAE Systems for over two decades. One of the most important projects yet undertaken has been the design and installation of an integrated multi media presentation suite for their Military Air & Information Business at Warton.
In addition
to projection,
LCD displays
and lighting,
we designed
and manufactured
a bespoke 16-seat
boardroom table
as part of
the prestigious
facilities.
The table was
designed in
partnership
with the BAE
Systems in-house
AV team, incorporating
tilt and plug
pop-up interface
units. The
centre panel
is finished
in lacquered
black with
a walnut surround,
complemented
by sixteen
high back timber-frame
boardroom chairs
upholstered
in black leather.
The high
definition,
edge-blended
projection
system
includes
a curved
screen,
fitted
in a lacquered
black console
with recessed
LED mood
lighting.
The room
also includes
three Saville
Aviance
LCD wall
displays
plus two
preview
screens,
mounted
in the
end of
the custom-built
table.
Together
with a
matching
walnut
lectern,
they form
a key part
of the
Business
Development
room at
the heart
of the
company’s
international
sales operations.
The
veneered
lectern
surface
is clean
and uncluttered,
with
an integral
AMX touch
screen
control
panel.
The presenter
can preview
PC content
and presentation
material
on the
twin
20” LCD
preview
screens
built
into
the end
of the
table.
