Singleton Birch is the UK’s leading independent manufacturer of lime products, based in North Lincolnshire. The company takes an active role in education, explaining the origins and importance of lime and lime products.
We designed and equipped a new conference and training room facility for their head office site, providing state-of-the-art, interactive presentation facilities that are versatile and easy to use. Presentations are focused on an interactive 96” widescreen SMART Board partnered with a Panasonic PT-FW100 projector.
Presentations are also able to be controlled from the bespoke Saville lectern housing an Apollo control panel. The room is partitioned for use as one large conference area or two independent meeting rooms, with the display handled by a 50” Sharp 1080P LCD screen. When opened up for larger group sessions, the monitor acts as a repeater screen, duplicating content from the main projector.
A voice reinforcement system was installed using two radio microphones and four i-ceiling tile speakers to eliminate the feedback that would have occurred with standard speakers as presenters moved around the room.
