Mitsubishi Diamond Vision OLED is the world’s first and only scalable large-format OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) screen. It is a unique product, designed for large screen indoor applications.

Mitsubishi’s prime objective in developing OLED was not as a replacement for LED or LCD, but as a completely new class of display product.

Displays are constructed from individual 128 x 128 pixel OLED tiles measuring 384mm square and weighing just 8kg. Because they can be fitted together seamlessly, just about any size or shape display is possible - even curves. The resulting display is much lighter and thinner than an equivalent LED screen and so can be installed in places which were previously thought impossible.

Light output is far higher than LCD displays (up to 3 times), making OLED suitable for high ambient light areas such as shopping malls and passenger terminals. Its performance matches the very best high-resolution LED screens, yet it is significantly easier to install.

Native WXGA resolution enables the display of precise high definition images and supports a wide range of PC and video signals.

 

Fast response time & high contrast
Models feature response times as fast as 6ms, high contrast ratios of up to 1500:1 and high brightness of 500cd/m2 that helps ensure clear and crisp images are reproduced.

 

Scheduling function
The scheduling function can be programmed to automatically switch the LCD monitor on and off. Up to seven preset times can be programmed.

 

Screen saver function for long term operation
The lifetime of the LCD panel can be increased by utilising the screen saver feature.
