Will we be charged for spare parts?All spares are included in the SavilleCARE package, excluding projector lamps, LCD glass, plasma burns and CRT television tubes. A spare projector lamp on site will avoid delays. |

Take a typical LCD projector as an example - the lamp cooling system draws in air and dust and without regular cleaning, the air filter will become blocked, voiding warranty claims and causing premature lamp failure. This would necessitate collection of the projector if it fails and without an arrangement for loan equipment, your system could be out of action for a couple of weeks or more.
