Saville Audio Visual has been supplying products, systems, services and support to BAE
Systems for over thirty years.
The partnership has now been developed and restructured within
a national contract, to enable the Saville team to provide an even better level of product advice, technical support and training to
all sites within BAE Systems.

Account Managers Dave Mason and
Dave Mothersdale
continue to service the BAE Systems account in the south and the north of England. Each has over ten years experience of handling military audio
visual projects as part of the Saville
contract with MOD.

 

 

Dave Mason: ACCOUNT MANAGER - SOUTH

Joint key account manager for Saville MOD contract since 1996,
encompassing all Government departments. Dave is CTS qualified within
the global Infocomm industry training scheme and also an adviser to UK
Special Forces, dealing with all aspects of audio visual equipment and
installation projects.

Dave Mothersdale: ACCOUNT MANAGER - NORTH

Twenty years AV experience with Saville and joint MOD key account
manager from 1996. Dave is CTS qualified within the global Infocomm
training scheme and also ‘Train the Trainer’ qualified. He has developed a range of AV training courses, which he organises and presents for RAF, Army & Navy personnel.

Emma Campbell: BAE INTERNAL SALES & ADMINISTRATION

Emma has been with Saville for over ten years, including five years in the
company’s busy AV Hire division. In the past five years she has gained
considerable experience in sales administration, including two years in the sales support role on the BAE Systems contract.

Ordering Process

Products on the BAE Systems section are standardised for use within BAE Systems to be compatible with equipment on site and fit for purpose. The range is regularly reviewed to reflect changes in technology and supported by nationwide repair, maintenance and equipment hire services at very competitive prices.

All orders must show the CPC cardholders details, expiry date and cost collection number. Card Holders must have an adequate authorised transaction limit before raising an order. All CPC orders over £10k will attract a 2.5% handling charge. (Saville AV will waive the 2.5% for all orders under £10K).

The majority of orders will be delivered within 5 working days. Standalone equipment orders made before 2.00pm would normally be dispatched direct from our central stores at York for next day delivery in the UK as we already keep stock for BAE Systems in a separate warehouse for immediate supply.

We offer free on-site training and advice, free site surveys and consultation for installation of equipment. Saville Account managers will also be happy to organise on-site product displays and updates, with the support of
appropriate equipment manufacturers.

Any items damaged in transit or DOA must be reported within 24 hours direct to Emma Campbell as above. All items come with at least 12 months manufacturer’s warranty.

Panaboards will be delivered and installed direct from the distributor. They will contact the end user direct to arrange a convenient time to install.

Saville is Nominated Corporate Supplier of Office Audio Visual Equipment to BAE Systems. The company offers free on-site training, demonstrations and advice plus free site surveys and consultation for installation of equipment. This includes free loan of demonstration units for trial on-site, to assess suitability prior to purchase.
