Typical single lectern includes adjustable reading light and gooseneck
microphone. It can accommodate a built-in equipment rack with control
panel and preview monitor, plus keyboard shelf and drop-down side shelves
for laptop computers.
In larger rooms such as lecture theatres, a double lectern can accommodate
one or two racks of source equipment, including amplification, radio
mic receivers, DVD players and system controller. It places control
panels, interactive monitors and an electronic visualiser within easy
reach of the presenter.
Modern AV systems incorporate an extensive range of source equipment
and control systems. Rack-mounted and permanently wired in a Classic
credenza, your system is protected and configured for long term reliability,
with unsightly and dangerous cabling virtually eliminated.
For
less permanent systems or general meeting room and classroom applications,
rack cabinets provide a valuable facility, complementing media walls,
screen consoles, lecterns or other furniture.
We supply a range of single and double width cabinets, designed to
house a complete AV presentation or videoconferencing system which
can be moved easily from room to room. With a fixed LCD or plasma display
- up to 60" diameter, the screens are bright enough for effective use
in any lighting conditions and provide a self contained presentation
facility wherever it is needed.
