Every Little Helps for Tesco AGM

 

 

The Saville Welwyn team provided the technical staff and audio visual facilities for this year’s Tesco AGM in London’s QEll Conference Centre, with support from the Saville Central Resource Unit.

 

Saville appointed as 1st ranked Approved Supplier for Tesco events nationally!

We supplied dual screen high definition projection, lighting and sound systems, plus three live camera feeds and script prompting. Projectors, sound system and lighting were flown from a double truss system for the presentation to an audience of more than 1000 shareholders. The stage set design and programme production was by MCM Productions.

 

Earlier in the year Saville was appointed as 1st Ranked Approved Supplier for Tesco events nationally, after providing AV equipment, facilities and services for a series of staff and customer focused events in the south east. The company was invited to tender via an official e-procurement process.
