We are proud to announce that the Saville Audio Visual site has been voted Web Site of The Year at the tenth annual AV Awards. The site has been totally re-designed and re-built by our in-house advertising team as new focal point for the company’s online business strategy.
Staged at the London Hilton Park Lane, the presentations were hosted by ‘Mock The Week’ TV comedian Frankie Boyle and celebrated excellence in all sectors of the professional audio visual industry. In the highly competitive Web Site category, the fresh approach pleased the judging panel, who said: “Saville won with a site that looks simple and is easy to use, while providing clients with a mine of useful information.”
The original site, launched in 1996 has been the company’s single biggest source of new sales leads. Since the launch of the new design this year, daily visitors have more than doubled, with almost 50% moving on to the Saville e-commerce site. The win is the twenty third national industry award for the company within the space of eight years.
