quadraQuadra can be assembled and operational within 48 hours in an open plan office area, atrium or warehouse. The unique shape allows for easy multiple unit configurations and for such a versatile, high quality concept, the cost may come as a pleasant surprise.

Elegant design

Quadra will blend in with any surroundings and can be finished in your corporate colours or branding. Bespoke options include larger and smaller versions tailored to individual requirements.

Clean installation

Partition and roof panels are delivered to your site in made to measure modular units, eliminating intrusive noise and dust during installation and keeping office disruption to a minimum.

Self Contained

Quadra is not reliant upon the existing environment and can be supplied with integral floor and solid ceiling options.

Easily de-mountable

The unit can be moved and re-sited with minimum disruption. Generally, building consent is not required and if the unit is removed, is not subject to building dilapidations.

Soundproofing

Internal surfaces provide good acoustic absorption for clear vocal definition when listening and speaking. Acoustic attenuation meets the requirements of Approved Document E of the BuildingRegulations 2003. The acoustic ceiling is also designed to absorb most of the sound waves that come into contact with it.

Lighting

Internal lighting has been designed to provide a low-glare, uniform level of light in the seating areas which exceeds 450 lux. This is highly diffused to alleviate the visual effects of vertical shadowing.

Comfort

Optimal internal acoustics, integral furniture, effective lighting, air flow management and spatial design considerations all combine to create a comfortable, aesthetically pleasing environment.

Durability

The system has been specifically designed to be durable and easily cleaned, keeping maintenance to a minimum.
The tough powder coated finish will withstand the daily rigours of busy commercial use.

Dimensions

Quadra is a modular system and can be built to a variety of dimensions. Quadra units can be joined together
to form a network of suites.

Accessories

A wide range of high quality integrated accessories are included. Features such as recessed light switches, power sockets, air management vents and acoustic door seals are all included.
