The Scopia XT1000 video conferencing infrastructure and the desktop VC software offer automatic firewall traversal, with dual 1080p 30fps video and full band audio. The system also offers a built-in 4 or 9-participant HD MCU, which delivers all the technology required for a multi-party video conference without an external network MCU.
The software of the XT1000 SMB can be deployed across multiple desktops internally and externally at no additional cost, providing all users with access to an HD video conferencing room system.
It supports two streams of HD video each at 1080p resolution and 30 frames per second (fps). The camera offers 10x optical zoom for viewing details as well as wide angle capability for seeing an entire group. The system supports PC data sharing at 30fps so presentations and video clips can be shared.
The embedded HD Multi-party Conferencing Unit (MCU) gives support for continuous presence meetings for up to nine participants. The Scopia XT Desktop HD software is a free “viral” client that can be installed on any Windows PC or Mac.
